Awful company. If I could give 0 I would. Brought a car 2 months ago and spent thousands on it. Had an issue with it and got told I had to bring it up to Trinity which took 2 hours. They had the car for 24 hours and as the problem wasn’t under warranty they didn’t care and did nothing. Got my car back and noticed loads of fuel had gone and my car smelt of smoke. They are nice and friendly at first and once purchase the car, they have zero respect. Avoid at all costs

Dear Customer, I can confirm we brought the vehicle back as you stated there was a issue with the gearbox. The vehicle was checked and no faults where found. The issue was down to the brake caliper that was jammed due to it being painted after the vehicle had been sold. The caliper had been painted and this was confirmed that you had done this and painted it red. Our warranty will not cover this due to bad cosmetic repairs. Unfortunately as you have done modifications to the vehicle which has resulted in damage we would would be able to repair this. Hope this clarifies our discussion earlier.
